If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Order”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) and/or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Full refund for Over-the-Counter products that were bought within 14 days. Over 14 days, customer can receive store credit. No refund for prescription the moment the prescription leaves the pharmacy. An exception to this rule is unopened tubes, inhalers, vials, or the original drug bottle sealed from the manufacturer.
Pill Cloud LLC will not be responsible for any lost shipment once our driver drops off the shipment. The customer’s items will be placed inside a mailing package where no one can see the content on the inside.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pill Cloud, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Collection of your Personal Information
We will collect personal information from you (like your name, date of birth, email address, credit card information, phone number, and delivery address) when you register for an account, and, in order to provide you with the prescription delivery services, you will need to provide us with certain medical information such as your physician’s name and address, prescription information, insurance information, and in some cases, medical history (in all, your “Personal Information”). Information about your computer or mobile device hardware and software may be automatically collected by Pill Cloud, LLC. This information can include: your device identifier. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Pill Cloud app and Pill Cloud website.
Pill Cloud is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites/app outside of the Pill Cloud app and Pill Cloud website.
Children Under Thirteen
Pill Cloud does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use Pill Cloud app and Pill Cloud website.
Use of your Personal Information
Pill Cloud collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the services you have requested, including delivering prescriptions and other products to you.
Your information may be accessed and used by our service providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of our services (these service providers may have access to your information but only to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose that information or use it for any other purposes).
Pill Cloud may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Pill Cloud, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Pill Cloud may keep track of prescriptions or other items where users will remain anonymous, in order to determine what Pill Cloud services are the most popular. This data is used to help us understand our user population more and improve our customer service capability.
Pill Cloud, LLC will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Pill Cloud app or Pill Cloud website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Pill Cloud, LLC; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Pill Cloud, LLC, or the public.
